ABSOLUTE COLLAGEN AUGUST NEWSLETTER VIDEO COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Competition: 

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, references to the “Competition” means the competition in which, in order to win one ‘Indulgent Escape Travel Set”  which contains (i) one Deep Lift Day Cream (contains one 15ml tub of the cream); (ii) one Deep Lift Night Cream (contains one 15ml tub of the cream); (iii) one Deep Lift Eye Cream (contains one 5ml tube of the cream); (iv) one Deep Lift Neck & Dec Cream (contains one 15ml tub of the cream); (v) one Deep Lift Serum (contains one 10ml bottle of the serum); (vi) one Collagen Complex Hair Thickening Shampoo (contains one 50ml bottle of the shampoo); (vii) one Collagen Complex Hair Thickening Conditioner (contains one 50ml bottle of the conditioner); (viii) one Absolute Collagen Canvas Travel Bag; and (ix) one Eye Mask”  which is worth £126, between 25th August 2024 and 8th September 2024, entrants must complete all questions in the typeform. The winning entrant will then be drawn at random. Please see below the full terms and conditions for this Competition (the “Competition Terms”). The Competition Terms incorporate Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here to find those) but to the extent that the two sets of terms and conditions conflict, these Competition Terms shall prevail. For example, the provisions on price in Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions are overridden to your benefit.

1. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must:

To enter the Prize Draw, you must, between 12:01am (BST) on Sunday 25th August 2024 and 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 8th September 2024 (the Prize Draw Period) complete every question in the survey, the link to which is set out in the newsletter, which will ask you various questions about (including but not limited to) Absolute Collagen and/or Absolute Collagen’s products. (Typeform Survey). 
Once you have completed all questions in the Typeform Survey, you will be considered an Eligible Entrant into the Prize Draw. Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic unless you email: hello@absolutecollagen.com after you have completed the Typeform Survey to advise that you do not wish to enter the Prize Draw. 
Any Typeform Survey that is completed after 11.59pm (BST) on Sunday 8th September 2024 will not be counted.

3. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. Absolute Collagen may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

8. Absolute Collagen does not take any responsibility for an incomplete Typeform Survey and any incomplete Typeform Survey will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw.

9. This Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person.

10. Absolute Collagen reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

11. At the time of entry into the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 or older.

12. The prize is one ‘Indulgent Escape Travel Set”  (which contains (i) one Deep Lift Day Cream (contains one 15ml tub of the cream); (ii) one Deep Lift Night Cream (contains one 15ml tub of the cream); (iii) one Deep Lift Eye Cream (contains one 5ml tube of the cream); (iv) one Deep Lift Neck & Dec Cream (contains one 15ml tub of the cream); (v) one Deep Lift Serum (contains one 10ml bottle of the serum); (vi) one Collagen Complex Hair Thickening Shampoo (contains one 50ml bottle of the shampoo); (vii) one Collagen Complex Hair Thickening Conditioner (contains one 50ml bottle of the conditioner); (viii) one Absolute Collagen Canvas Travel Bag; and (ix) one Eye Mask) (the Prize).

13. There will be one winner of the Prize Draw (Winner). The Winner will win one Prize.

14. Please note that Absolute Collagen reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize or prizes where necessary.

15. All Eligible Entrants will be determined and collated as appropriate after the closing date of 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 8th September 2024 and the Winner will be drawn at random from the Eligible Entrants by no later than 12th September 2024. 

16. The Winner will be notified via email by the official Absolute Collagen email address, hello@absolutecollagen.com, as soon as practicable after the draw. Such notification will be sent to the email address the Winner used to be a Subscriber. The Winner should take care to check that it is the official Absolute Collagen email address: hello@absolutecollagen.com that has emailed them informing them that they are the Winner of the Prize Draw. Absolute Collagen is not liable if an Eligible Entrant provides any details to anyone else. If a Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at Absolute Collagen’s sole discretion), Absolute Collagen reserves the right to redraw another Winner from the pool of Eligible Entrants, until contact is made with the Winner on these Prize Draw Terms.

17. The Winner should carefully read the packaging of each product within the Prize in order to check that they are not allergic to any ingredients. 

19. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative product.

20. Absolute Collagen does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to accept, use or take up the Prize.

21. Absolute Collagen may request from each Winner, a photograph of them with their Prize once they receive it. Each Winner expressly acknowledges and agrees that Absolute Collagen will be allowed to use and share such photographs across its website and social media channels.

22. Employees, consultants, officers, agents or any other representatives of Absolute Collagen, its third-party partners, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw or its administration may not enter the Prize Draw.

23. Absolute Collagen reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, withdraw or end this Prize Draw at any time and/or amend these Prize Draw Terms without prior notice, for whatever reason, and without liability for doing so. The decision of Absolute Collagen regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

24. Absolute Collagen will always use your data responsibly and only collect, store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and all relative European Union and Member State data protection legislation in force and as amended or replaced from time to time including, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR). 25. The Typeform Survey and its contents are confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom they are addressed strictly for the purposes of completing the Typeform Survey. The Typeform Survey and its contents belong to Laceby Limited (trading as Absolute Collagen). By accessing the Typeform Survey and its contents, you acknowledge and agree that you will not at any time disclose to anyone else or publish, distribute or copy any part of this survey or its contents, or use any of its contents except for the purposes of completing the Typeform Survey, unless you are required to do so by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority.

26. Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is Laceby Limited (trading as Absolute Collagen), 49 Greek Street, London, W1D 4EG. Absolute Collagen must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Absolute Collagen will share the first name, surname, initial and age of the Winner (for example, Joanne B, 52) and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, across its website and social media channels. The surname and region of the Winner will also be available for four weeks after the closing date of the Prize Draw. If the Winner objects to their details being shared or made available, they should advise Absolute Collagen when Absolute Collagen contacts them to inform them that they are the Winner and to obtain their contact details for receipt of their Prize or alternatively, the Winner should email hello@absolutecollagen.com. In such circumstances, Absolute Collagen must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

27. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Prize Draw Terms, Absolute Collagen may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.

28. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. 

29. Wherever you live, you can bring claims against Absolute Collagen in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against Absolute Collagen in the courts of the country you live in. Absolute Collagen can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
