Absoluter email exclusive 15% promotional offer August 2024

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, references to the Promotion means the promotion in which, in order to receive an extra 15% off selected single Deep Lift Skincare items and Deep Lift Skincare Bundles (the Promotional Offer) (while stocks last), certain previous and current Absolute Collagen customers (as fully detailed in the Promotional Terms) must purchase one or more of Absolute Collagen’s single or bundle items as a one time purchase entering the code “ABSOLUTER15” at the checkout.This offer is not valid on skincare subscriptions, Travel Sets and Deep Lift Serum. Please see below the full terms and conditions for this Promotion (the Promotional Terms) The Promotional Terms incorporate Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here to find those) but to the extent that the two sets of terms and conditions conflict, these Promotional Terms shall prevail.

The Promotional Terms:

1. In order to receive the Promotional Offer while stocks last, you must,

a) be a current subscriber of Absolute Collagen’s mailing list and have been subscribed prior to 12:01 am (GMT) on Thursday 22nd August 2024 (Subscriber); and

b) be a current subscriber of an Absolute Collagen subscription product and have been subscribed prior to 12:01 am (GMT) on Thursday 22nd August 2024;

c) between [12:01 am (GMT) on Thursday 22nd August 2024] and [11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 1st September 2024] (the Promotional Period) make a one off purchase of one or more of either single Deep Lift Skincare items or Deep Lift Skincare bundles. (the Skincare Products).

d) Entering the code “ABSOLUTER15” at the checkout.

Once you have completed the above, you will be considered eligible to receive the Promotional Offer (Eligible Customers). You will automatically receive the Promotional Offer if stocks are still available when you make your purchase unless you email: hello@absolutecollagen.com after you have completed your purchase to advise that you do not wish to receive the Promotional Offer.

2. Please note that this Promotion will only run while stocks of the single Deep Lift Skincare items or Deep Lift Skincare bundles last and Absolute Collagen reserves the right to end this Promotion ahead of the end of the Promotion Period when no further stocks of the single Deep Lift Skincare items or Deep Lift Skincare bundles are available.

3. Please note that this Promotion is limited to one use per Eligible Customer.

4. Eligible Customers shall be deemed to have accepted these Promotional Terms.

5. Eligible Customers must reside in the UK and be aged 18 or older.

6. The promotional offer is an extra 15% off selected Deep Lift Skincare Singles and Bundles.

7. Employees, consultants, officers, agents or any other representatives of Absolute Collagen, its third-party partners, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

8. Absolute Collagen reserves the right to hold void, suspend or withdraw this Promotion at any time and/or amend these Promotional Terms without prior notice, for whatever reason, and without liability for doing so.

9. Absolute Collagen will always use your data responsibly and only collect, store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and all relative European Union and Member State data protection legislation in force and as amended or replaced from time to time including, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR).
